Call Center Agents
This post requires the incumbent to communicate effectively and professionally with the customers, as well as apply personal ethics, honesty, flexibility and responsibility in carrying out customer support function, also providing high-quality service with a helpful, professional attitude.
Knowledge, Skills and experience required:
- Age between 20 and 25 years.
- Education to high school standard.
- Arab Nationals
- At least 2 years experience of call center operations.
- English Language is a must.
- Commercial awareness
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to use standard office software.
- Excellent telephone manner.
